Order Status

Check the status of your order.


We value your business and we want you to be a satisfied customer. We strive to make our online ordering experience easy, so you receive exactly what you want and need. However, should you need to return a product, we make it simple.

Returns must be filed within 30 days after your order has been shipped. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer's defects. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in the case of company error. Assembled, Custom, Closeout and printed merchandise may not be returned. We cannot cancel your order if the item(s) has already shipped.

Returning a Purchase

All returns must be approved and assigned a return of merchandise authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at returns@hangers.com. Once the warehouse has received your return it may take up to 15 business days for it to be processed. After you receive your RMA document, please mark all boxes with the return address and RMA number found on the document. RMAs expire 30 days after the issue date. If you no longer have the return form, please send your package prepaid and insured to the following address:

IMPORTANT: RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the carton(s) in order to ensure timely process of your return. All packages that do not display a RMA number will be refused and sent back to the sender at the sender’s expense. Items that are not returned in the original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
