Complete satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason a selection does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. (This does not apply to personalized items). Please contact us any time prior to returning the merchandise within 30 days of the receipt to obtain a return merchandise authorization number.

 

FREE GROUND SHIPPING

Our incredible free ground shipping promotion allows you to shop freely without worrying about shipping costs for qualified orders. It is available on all orders placed online or via phone that meets or exceeds the order value set at the time of the order. Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the U.S. only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Protectorates. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping are typically shipped from our distribution centers within 3 business days from receipt of order and ship via UPS or FEDEX ground service.

IMPORTANT: Shipping not available to P.O. Box addresses.

 

SHIPPING RATES & CHARGES OUTSIDE OF THE 48 CONTIGOUS UNITED STATES and APO locations

Please contact us to request a freight quote for orders shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states and APO locations. Items shipped outside of contiguous 48 United States including Hawaii. Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Protectorates are delivered via small package carriers.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

While we are pleased to offer a variety of shipping options, please note that order containing an expedited shipping method (i.e. Next Day Service) will typically ship from our facilities within 2 business days from receipt of order.

To ensure your satisfaction, please add the 2 business day timeframe to your selected shipping method in order to estimate an accurate delivery date.

Example: Order placed on Monday via Next Day service would ship by Wednesday and deliver by Thursday.

National holidays and weekends are considered as non-business days. Please also consider high shipping seasons and areas affect by severe weather when calculating your order transit time. Rush delivery is not available for items to be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 United States and APO locations.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders that can be shipped to a foreign country are subject to taxes and or duty charges and are paid by the recipient of the package(s). Shipping alternatives vary by country. All shipping charges made to an international address are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping to foreign countries is determined based upon the country in question.

 

PRICES & SALES TAX

All prices subject to change. We are required to collect sales tax for all deliveries to Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Only the local sales tax of the delivery destination is charged. Feel free to contact us with questions or if you need assistance.
