FREE GROUND SHIPPING
Our incredible free ground shipping promotion allows you to shop freely without worrying about shipping costs. It is available on all orders placed online, via phone or through our mail order catalog system. Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the U.S. only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Protectorates. Most purchases are shipped from our distribution centers via UPS or FEDEX to arrive 3-6 business days after receipt of order.

SHIPPING RATES & CHARGES OUTSIDE OF THE 48 CONTIGOUS UNITED STATES and APO locations
Please contact us to request a freight quote for orders shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states and APO locations. Items shipped outside of contiguous 48 United States including Hawaii. Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Protectorates are delivered via small package carriers.

RUSH DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE
For an extra charge we can arrange rush delivery to most addresses. We must receive your order by 1:00 PM EST Monday - Thursday to ensure that your order ships that same day. You will then receive your order based upon the rush service you choose. Please refer to rush delivery rates chart below.

National holidays are treated the same as non-business days. Please take this into consideration, especially around heavy gift-giving time. Rush delivery is not available for items to be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 United States and APO locations.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders that can be shipped to a foreign country are subject to taxes and or duty charges and are paid by the recipient of the package(s). Shipping alternatives vary by country. All shipping charges made to an international address are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping to foreign countries is determined based upon the country in question.

PRICES & SALES TAX
All prices in this catalog are subject to change. We are required to collect sales tax for all deliveries to Florida. Only the local sales tax of the delivery destination is charged. Feel free to contact us with questions or if you need assistance.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Monogram and personalized orders may only be placed over the phone. Minimum order is one bundle (ranging from 6-25 hangers depending on style). Limit one style of impression per bundle. Sorry, monogrammed or personalized items may not be returned. Allow extra 10-14 days for your monogram order delivery.
