1. Entry: No purchase necessary for entry. To enter, complete and submit the catalog request form or email promotions button. All eligible entries will be considered for the prize.
2. Eligibility: Contest is open to U.S. residents 18 and older. Only those entries received by midnight EST, Thursday, July 31, 2008 will be considered. Only one entry per household. Not open to employees, families or affiliates of The Great American Hanger Company and its divisions. All national, federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
3. Prize: Winner will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. One winner will be chosen. Winner will receive an 80GB Apple iPod Classic valued at $250. Prize is non-transferrable, assignable or redeemable for cash.
4. Notification: Prize winner will be notified on or before Monday, August 4, 2008 via email and/or phone number provided with entry information. Winner will be required to contact The Great American Hanger Company - Marketing Department via phone (800.972.9190 x311) or email (publicrelations@hangers.com) to verify identity and mailing address within 10 days of notification or alternate winner will be chosen. Winner's name will appear on hangers.com website for 30 days after prize is received.
